These codes are your login and password for the online payment center. If you have recently changed your phone number, you will need to call us to update it in our system so that you will continue to be able to log in to your online payment account. The address entered on the payment form must match the billing address for the credit/debit card being used, even if it differs from the service address.
PLEASE NOTE: All payments made after 1:00 p.m. will post on the following business day. In addition, payments made on Saturday or Sunday will not process and post until Monday.
All payment and personal information are encrypted at the time of submission and are not stored. When received, the data is processed as a one-time payment through a third-party website, Authorize.net, utilizing Elavon Payment Systems.
